Job Description:
• Setup and installation of OS - Basic Standard Softwares, License Activation, Mapping Device to Domain, Profile Management, Network printer and scanner installation.
• Configuration of User's Email on Desktop / Laptop under device policy (MDM)
• Client Installation of Antivirus which includes activation, managing OU level permission and call support from Antivirus company, timely AV update, application installation from console and upgrade AV version, periodic analysis and reporting
• Implementing devise usage restriction by using end point security policy
• Accurately maintaining and periodically updating hardware and software inventory.
• Ensuring timely backup of all servers, applications and database
• Network Configuration for Wi-Fi Device and LAN
